Alana De La Garza, an amazing actress, has left a mark on the screen. The parents of De La Garza were Mexican-American and Irish-American. She was born in Ohio's Columbus on the 26th of December, 1976. Soon after she was moving to Texas and completed her master's degree in physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on diverse roles on local independent film as well as international commercials. Despite the fact that she only had minor parts, the actress rapidly realized the passion she had for acting. She relocated in New York. Her first gig was in the soap opera All My Children. Throughout the early 2000s she was a small part in JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. Her first big series role was the short-lived television drama The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount, and Mitch Pileggi. Her best-known role was in Law & Order, where she played A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 episodes. The character she played on her Law & Order: LA spinoff was short lived. De La Garza has been nominated several times for her performance in the show, including Best Supporting Actress in Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards. The National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her the Impact Award, which is awarded for exceptional performances on a drama television series. De La Garza was then selected as a regular actor in CSI Miami. She performed the role of Marisol Deko, the husband of the actor David Caruso's Horatio. The most recent television appearance was as Doctor. Lena Solis on NBC's slightly darker show Do No Harm. It was eventually cancelled after just two episodes. Milano began her acting career at the age of seven old. The babysitter took her to her first audition. Four girls selected among over a thousand potential candidates were Milano.
